IN-DEPTH TRAINING

The Industrial-Organizational Psychology MA (MAIO) program at the Los Angeles and San Diego campuses of Alliant International University provides in-depth initial professional preparation in the industrial-organization psychology profession.

CONVENIENT CLASSES TO SUIT YOUR SCHEDULE

Courses are offered in convenient daytime, executive, evening and/or condensed formats (varies by campus). Another advantage to the MAIO program is the flexibility to take some courses at one campus and some at the other.

This degree is particularly appropriate if you:

  • Have completed your undergraduate education and are interested in a master’s level career in human resources or organizational development
  • Are employed in human resource management or organizational development and need graduate-level education in order to maximize your career potential
  • Think you may want to go on to a doctorate but are not ready to commit to doctoral-length training.

PROGRAM DURATION

The program comprises 48-units and can be completed in two years full-time. Students take four or five courses each term.
